I wouldn’t call this a book, it’s 25 very brief PowerPoint slides, so $1/slide. I was charged over $35 Canadian and regret the purchase because I was expecting much more detail for the price - it’s really just the very basics. It doesn’t touch on additives (e.g. cream of tartar) at all and I’m left with more questions than I started with. But I do like Suzanne’s website and she’s a good source for tin which is hard to find here
