Packaging
Our packaging is a mix of eco friendly recyclables and plastic, depending on the materials we are packing. Our priority is to keep your products safe and fresh in storage and in transit, while trying to reduce packaging materials and plastics.
There are a lot of choices to make and we adjust our packaging choices constantly to match our sustainability goals.
We would love to ship 100% plastic free, but right now it is not feasible without compromising quality.
Returns
We hope you love your products just as much as we do, but you can return an item if you are not happy with it.
What is your returns policy?

Personalized items and specially made orders cannot be returned.

Customers may return clothing purchased online for a refund subject to the conditions below:

All returns require an authorization from Suzanne Dekel. Return authorization must be requested within 3 days of receiving goods.

Customers will receive a refund for the price of goods and taxes only - shipping is non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping to Suzanne Dekel.

Goods must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached, unwashed and unworn - in pristine condition ready for resale.

Goods must have no trace of perfume, makeup, deodorant etc.

Return of Defective Goods

DekelDyes will substitute or replace defective goods.
Import Taxes
All parcels are shipped with a C22 declaration with actual value of parcel as per law.
Most countries have some treshold for importing goods. Most countries have import limitations. Some countries are more strict than others. Please check this before ordering from the website.
As of 1 July 2021 there is no longer a threshold for parcels shipped to the EU, meaning you can be required to pay VAT from the first euro. (In practice, not all parcels get taxed and we never know) More information can be found here.
Customer is responsible for handling import fees if such would occur.
Parcels returned to DekelDyes after customer did not handle the proper import taxes will be refunded minus shipping and a 10% handling fee.
Responsibility for arrival
We do our best to ship your parcel as soon as possible. Usually this is between 1 and 3 working days.
Once the parcel is accepted by the postal services we can no longer influence how fast it arrives.
The customer should track the parcel using the link and tracking number sent by mail.
Sometimes a parcel gets delivered to a nearby postal unit, please check your tracking link/tracking number regularly to make sure you can pick it up.
Parcels that are shipped back to us because the owner failed to pick it up in time, will be refunded minus delivery fee.
